5:15 – Workout #1

  • Ran 4 miles in 38 minutes and something seconds.  First two miles were at 6.0 and last two were at 6.3 and 6.6mph.
Great cardio session.  I didn't want to do it, so I had to push myself HARD!

7:20 – whey protein w/ water

9:45 – egg white omelet w/ veggies
12:30 – low sodium chicken vegetable soup from whole foods.  hardly any chicken in it.
2:15 – grapefruit and strawberries
4:00 – the rest of my soup.  have a feeling i won't be eating till 7ish.
7:30 – had a baked stuffed bell pepper w/ ground turkey breast, veggies, and lots of spices.  munched a shredded chicken from tran's pho and had a couple bits of his beef.  dessert: pineapple and cataloupe
