5:00 – Workout #1

  • Warm up: 400 m run
  • Back Squat:  Wanted to do 20 100# back squats w/o putting the bar down.  Only did 10/5/5 – I need to fight this mental pain!!
  • 5 RFT – 75# power clean, 10 burpees, and 200m run : 12:22

6:30 – whey protein w/ water

10:30 – egg omelet w/ veggies – same ole same ole
12:00 – went to the box and did 3 rounds 500m row, 50 GHD sit ups.  Took my sweet time.  Didn't really break a sweat.
2:00 – stuffed bell pepper
3:30 – some fruit
5:50 – nuts…too many!
7:30 – salmon w/ salad
