8:30 – Workout #1

  • Ran 3.46 miles and it took 31:25

9:00 – some tocino and 1 egg white

1:00 – BOILING CRAB – Togo – I ate mostly the order of sweet potato fries, then I had about 8 shrimps and most of the dungeness crab.  Tried not to suck on the sauce much or dip it.  THEY WOULDN'T LET ME ORDER with sauce on the side.
3:00 – munchin' on some fruit.
i felt like ive been eating since we got home at 1.  boiled more shrimp and dipped with the whole sha bang sauce.  had some jack fruit.  now waiting for the pulled pork to finish, so i can make a bbq sandwich for hubs.  
i need to eat more veggies!!
