10:00 – egg white scramble w/ broccoli and mushrooms.  added leftover brussel sprouts too.

12:00 – low sodium veggie soup from whole foods.  YUMMY!
4:30 – 2 clementines and some other fruit
6:00 – paleo kit while cooking dinner
7:30 – paleo shrim pad thai.  recipe can be found here:
