5:30 – Workout #1

  • 4.5 mile run w/ a cool down to total out 5 miles.

6:30 – whey protein w/ water

9:15 – tuna torta
10:20 – BLAH, i ate my apple.  getting hungry, and i dont know if i can last through my workout if i dont eat it.
1:00 – veggie soup
4:00 – a few slices of mango, and had a small serving of cauliflower rice.  i was really really hungry!
7:30 – cauliflower rice w/ bbq pork.  yes, i splurged.  BLAH.  ooh, i also put sardines in it to get some fat.
