5:00 – Workout #1 @ CFPA!!!

  • Power cleans: 3×5 and 3×3.  Failed on the last 3 set at 100#
  • Modified Lynne (Push ups, pull ups): 30/12, 25/16, 22/11

Felt good to be coached again.  Tim was explaining to me how to do more efficient pull ups.  CORE TIGHT, and LEGS TIGHT.  Power cleans were eeeeh!!  I failed!  Need to keep the bar close to me.  I just got to get in that groove.

7:00 – Whey protein w/ water and some sweet potatoes to recover

9:45 – tuna torta…i should of put veggies in this besides onions.
11:00 – Workout #2
  • 5x800m sprints.  Hmm…I wonder if they were really sprints.  I was at 7.0, 7.1, 7.2, 7.2, and 7.3mph for each round.  Jogged at 5mph for two minutes in between rounds.  Total distance on treadmill was 4.01 miles.

12:15 – cauliflower fried rice w/ some sardines and blueberries

4:00 – i think i picked some grilled pork out of tran's sandwich.  heehehhe
7:00 – veggie soup plus bbq pork from the other night, and 1 fried egg.
