5:30 – Workout #1

  • Light "DT" = 4RFT 12 Deadlifts(115#), 9 HPC(65#), 6 PJ(65#) – 9:06
  • Ran 2.5 miles
I think that is it for today.  No workout till tomorrow.

10:00 – tuna torta w/ some spinach

1:30 – cauliflower fried rice w/ asparagus, brussel sprouts, and bok choy
3:10 – some grapefruit, blueberries, strawberries, and half an apple
4-5 – 1 hard boiled egg and mangos…i ended up having 2 more egg whites.  it was yummy.  oh and some nuts from the paleo kit
aah, the torture tonight will be amusing.  we're going to claim jumpers for jan's birthday dinner, and i can't eat anything starchy.  their muffins and desserts are the best too!!!
8:00 – lobster tail w/ veggies and a bit of sweet potato
