5:00 – Workout #1 

  • Front Squat: 3×5 (53#, 63#, 73#); 3×3 (83#, 93#, 103#)
  • AMRAP in 10 min: 1 arm OH DB Lunge, 7/7 DB Snatch, 1 arm OH DB Lunge – 4 rounds

7:00 – PWO Meal

  • Whey protein w/ water
  • 1 egg white
  • half a serving of sweet potato(i packed way too much and threw the rest away)

10:00 – tuna torta

11:30 – Workout #2
  • Ran 2.46 miles w/ Phung and another coworker.  Sort of wish I ran by myself, because I would of gone longer.  It's such a beautiful day!!
  • Back Squat – 45#, 65#, 95#(10 reps), 95#(10reps)

1:00 – Crab salad w/ sun dried tomatoes, 1/4 of an avocado – YUM-O!

5:00 – a few slices of mango
7:00 – pan fried red snapper(in coconut oil) w/ broccoli and cauliflower.  dessert: some tamarind and …
