First workout of the year

Felt so refreshed this morning.  Here was our workout.

Strength:

Cleans – 63#(5) – 83#(5) – 93#(3) – 103#(3) – 108#(2).  I failed the last rep with 108#, and didn’t feel like trying again.  My thumb is definitely feeling a lot better then the last time we worked on cleans.

Metcon:

Run 800m, 21 Shoulder to Overhead(65#), Run 800m 21 Should to Overhead.  Time: 12:16.  Let’s see, my run sucks!  I’m gasping for air towards 600m.  I definitely have to keep my cardio up if I want to get through this pregnancy and still working out.

Goal today is to NOT eat any sugar.  Nothing processed, nothing natural…NO SUGAR.
