Max Rep Workout

Sorry, this is going to be a quick recap on what we did last Friday.

4 rounds; Rest 1:00 between rounds

  • 400 m run, Max reps Thrusters(65#)
  • 400 m run, Max reps Pull-Ups
  • 400 m run, Max reps SDHP(65#)
  • 400 m run, Max reps Burpees
  • Again, I felt like a turtle, even with the rest in between. Thrusters felt harder this time around, then when I did Fran a few weeks back. Pull-ups…same story!

    Result: 42 reps RX’d.
