Beef Burgers

13 Feb

I decided to make burgers for Sunday night’s dinner. Very simple and easy recipe that can be done within 30 minutes.

  • 1 lb. beef/bison ground beef
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard (I used trader joe’s brand)
  • 1/2 small onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp Essence seasoning
  • 1 egg

  • Mix all ingredients together and make about 4 patties. Heat a grill pan with avocado oil, and cook for 5 minutes each side.

Sorry, I forgot to take an after picture, but you can reference my Whole30 Day7 eats. So simp-poe!
