Here’s a quick round up of what I ate on Tuesday.

Breakfasts: 2 poached eggs with 1/2 yam.

Lunch: My version of “Crab Cakes Benedict” sans Hollandaise Sauce. Hubby ate it all when he came home.

Snack:
Mangoes, Strawberries, and Macadamia Nuts

Dinner: I made some Chicken Tandoori courtesy of NomNom Paleo. I used coconut milk instead of yogurt to keep it Paleo. I think I should of added more Tandoori seasoning. It still tasted yummy.

To accompany the chicken, I stir fried Kale with avocado oil, garlic, and some balsamic vinegar. Super YUMMY!
