10/11/2011 – Quick Tuesday Cardio Session

I have finally stepped back into my work gym. I’m not sure what I want to do on Tuesdays and Thursdays when I’m not doing CrossFit, but today I just decided to take it easy and do a simple short cardio session.

  • Ran 1 mile with a 400m warmup and cooldown.
  • Double Under practice for 5 minutes
  • 500m row, focusing on form – 2:10.4
  • I was sort of at a loss as to what to do at the gym, but I got a good sweat on, so I’m happy. Let’s see if I can workout 5 days in a row this week. I’d be happy with 4, but we’ll see!
