I worked from home today, and it was the busiest day ever! I started off with my cappuccino. Don’t worry, this FruFru coffee drink addiction is going bye bye soon, and I’ll be saying hello to black coffee again.
Here’s how I fueled myself today…
Breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs seasoned with Sunny Paris Seasoning, 2 slices of bacon, and roasted broccoli.
That kept me full until 4PM! But then I kept snacking till dinner
Snack: 2 small sweet potatoes and grapes(this is bad, no protein or fat around)
Dinner: Carnitas with sauteed Kale and bacon bits.
Snack #2: 1 bag of Grassfed Jerky Chews. I almost grabbed a mini-twix, but decided against it!
