After a sleepless night, I left the house at 5:30 and needed a pick me up. I doubt it’s the best thing to go workout after a night of interrupted sleep, but it’s not like I can sleep pass 5 anyways. My body is so used to be up at that time, and my mind is already racing.
I decided to do a workout from One Fit Foodie, called 480 Workout. I came across it on twitter, so if you aren’t all up on twitter, then you better get on it! There’s a whole bunch of information out there based on your interest. Much more than staying connected with friends.
Anyways, I thought it was a good body weight workout, and I thought I could get it done quick. Looked simple and easy enough. I did the warmup and workout within 30 minutes. LOL…I thought I would be done within 20, but nope, I was way wrong! It totally kicked my butt, and I felt good afterwards.
