I woke up and my calves were freakin’ sore! Love those stairs. Now I think I might incorporate some sort of WOD when I do it. Maybe I’ll add a burpee onto a round of stairs. Should be fun. Lots of possibilities to get good endurance and conditioning in.
I’m waking up craving breakfast, and then it’s not long before I crave lunch. SIGH!
8:15AM(B) – 4 egg whites, mushrooms, spinach, grassfed ground beef and 1 slice of Ezekiel bread. I had it with 1/2 tblsp of Justin’s Almond Butter.
12:15PM(L) – 3.45 oz of GrassFed Sirloin Tip Steak with large salad and half an avocado. I had an asian pear as my fruit. Yum.
3:30PM(S) – 4oz Sous Vide Chicken Breast with 1oz of macadamia nuts
6:00PM(D) – Tilapia Fillet from Trader Joe’s with mashed cauliflower and braised cabbage. Both recipes were from Nom Nom Paleo. Oooh, and I had extra gravy, so I put some on there. The gravy was made from onions and chicken juices. Also from Nom Nom Paleo. Have I told you how much I love her cooking?!?!? It’s the best!
I’m starting my fourth week on this Nutrition Program, and had a set back this week. I’m hoping if I stick to the plan, I’ll get back right on track.
Time to snuggle and watch the Grammy’s!
