I came into CFPA this morning determined to get some sort of PR on my Front Squat, and I’m happy to report that I did! Even though it was a small one, I’m happy it’s something. I’ll have one more session to try again as well.
Front Squat: 93#(5)-103#(3)-113#(3)-133#(1)-143#(1)
Here was our WOD:
25 Burpees with Plate Ground to Overhead(45#/35#) 400m Run with Plate 800m Run without Plate
Everything felt good, just wish I could of hustled more with the 400m run. I came back right under 10 minutes, and I was happy with that.
