02/24/2012 – Good Eats

Woke up at 4AM this morning to eat breakfast. Here goes…

4:00AM(B) – Egg omelet with 1 slice Ezekiel Bread 1/2 tbslp of Justin’s Almond Butter.

6:00AM(S1) – PWO Whey Protein plus 1 tblsp of flax seed.

10:30AM(S2) – 4oz sweet potato and 30z grassfed ground beef

2:20PM(L) – I had meetings so I was in a rush to eat lunch and leave. Chicken salad with 4oz sweet potato.

4:10PM(S3) – 3oz tuna with macadamia nuts

7:30PM(D) – Salmon with kale and Kabocha squash.

    Have you tried chocolate almond butter yet?! If you haven’t…don’t! I’m not sure a whole jar in one week would be considered paleo!

      LOL! Okay, I won’t because I have an addictive personality. And if I like it, I won’t be able to control myself.
