02/29/2012 – Leap Year Good Eats

This is going to be a quick post, cause I got a lot of catching up to do. Same ole day, with some good eats.

6:00AM(S1) – SFH PWO Whey plus 1 tblsp of Flax Seed

8:15AM(B) – Yummy ole breakfast again.

11:00AM(S2) – 3oz of GrassFed Ground Beef plus roasted sweet potato

1:45PM(L) – Salad with 4oz of Chicken Breast and 4oz of sweet potatoes.

4:00PM(S3) – 3oz of Dave’s Albacore Tuna and 10 macadamia nuts.

6:15PM(D) – Salmon plus Kabocha Squash and Sauerkraut.

Stuck to the plan, and I made it through another day.
