This is going to be a quick one. We worked on Gymnastics(tumbling, skin the cat, and handstand holds). I’m getting better at swaying up the handstand hold, but can’t keep my feet off the wall yet.
Tim has been teasing us since Wednesday about today’s WOD. Here goes…

Great, just great. It wasn’t a great time. I’ve finished this in 8:53 and 9:07. So it’s better than the previous time, but not a PR. Tim said I was hanging out in the catch too long, which basically means that I didn’t pull fast enough once I got back into position. Must practice!
