Here were my Saturday eats!

I started off with 5 egg whites and 2 egg omelet with mushrooms and spinach. Got my side of veggies and fat.

We went to the Vertical Helicopter Air Show in San Carlos and I packed a lunch. Unfortunately, I forgot to bring it. I was getting hungry, so I bought some BBQ from one of the stands. The sides weren’t allowed for my plan, so I just ate the protein, tri-tip and chicken. It was good. I got everything with no extra sauce on it.

Once we got home, I took a quick nap then scarfed the lunch that I did pack. It was two green chicken thighs with roasted brussel sprouts and nuked broccoli. I drizzled the broccoli with some EVOO and had 1/4 cup of avocado.

For dinner, we picked up Chipotle. I got a caritas salad with hot salsa, pico de gallo, with some guac.

I used to go to Chipotle a lot last year, but felt I over did it with the guacamole and extra meat. I’m trying to portion control people!
