06/18/2012 – Good Eats

Oh Mondays, how I loathe thee! Here’s what I ate after I got to my desk.

My first meal was at 8:30 and I had an egg white omelet with veggies, 4oz of sweet potato, and a cup of blueberries. Yum!

Lunch was around noon, and I had a 4oz turkey patty with veggies and 1/2 cup of garbanzo beans. I didn’t prepare the beans this time around because I didn’t know what to do with it. I will be more prepared next time, or I’ll go to Chipotle.

I didn’t make my 3rd meal, so right when I got home, I ate 6 Paleo Stix with some cucumber and heirloom tomatoes.

Dinner was courtesy of Nom Nom Paleo. No, she didn’t come to my house and cook us dinner, but it sure felt like it! While I ate leftover Green Chicken from the other night, hubby and the kids had Slow Cooker Chicken & Gravy with The World’s Best Braised Cabbage. Delish!
