Today was my off Friday, so it’s always hard to stay on track when I’m at home. Luckily the kids kept me busy so I didn’t have much down time today.
After my workout, I came home and made a huge breakfast for myself. The first meal was an egg white omelet with mushroom, spinach, and a side of pico de gallo. I had some sweet potatoes and fruit for sides.
For lunch, I had a 3oz chicken leg with veggies and 1/2 cup of garbanzo beans. I thought I took a picture of my meal, but I don’t see it on my phone. I just took a picture of the beans, because I almost forgot to eat them.
I had my 3rd meal around 3PM and it was the last piece of chicken thigh with pico de gallo and 2 perian cucumbers. Lil’ AMRAP shared this piece of chicken with me. He was so hungry that he stood up by himself to get the food!! Food motivates everyone huh?!
I was roasted a lamb shoulder in the oven all day, and that is what we ate for dinner. I didn’t measure my portion out, so maybe I overate. It just looked so good. I had some macadamia nuts to go with the plate.
