Here’s a quick recap of what I ate on Tuesday…
Breakfast was two eggs with some
Moroccan meatballs and cauliflower fried rice.
Before I consumed lunch, my coworker and I did 6x400m sprints. Ouch, that hurt! I told him
I didn’t want todo the last two rounds, but I did them anyways.
Lunch was roasted chicken and gravy with braised cauliflower and kale.
My snack meal was a burger patty with raw peppers.
Salmon and veggies for dinner.
I was still hungry so I had more salmon. I need to load up on the veggies. Sort of slacking this week, which makes me consume too much protein.
