After my fasted workout, I didn’t have my normal egg white omelet. I put together some zucchini squash with spaghetti sauce, avocado, and two hard boiled eggs.

For lunch I had roasted chicken with gravy, sautéed cabbage, and kale.

My 3rd meal wasn’t very fulfilling. Just jerky and raw peppers.

Dinner was beef cheek tacos. I know, sounds weird, but tasted yummy.
