I was starving today! I couldn’t figure out why, whether it was the coffee I had or I just didn’t eat enough breakfast. Then I remember…100 Burpees…for time. Cardio blast.

I had egg whites with sweet potatoes, cauliflower rice, and half a banana.



For lunch I went to The Counter and had a Bison Burger Salad with half a serving of sweet potato fries.


I came home and had paleo stix with raw veggies.


Dinner was a bowl of ground beef stir fry with veggies.

Super hungry today. Super hungry all week!! Day 48 of the 100 Day Push Up Challenge done!
