31 Jul

5:00 – Worked on shoulders, and elliptical for 30 minutes

6:45 – A banana

9:30 – 2 egg whites

11:45 – Ran and walked for 40 minutes

1:00 – Turkey sandwich : 2 slices of turkey, 2 slices of orawheat bread.  I used the light garlic laughing cow cheese as a spread, and put some lettuce in it.

1:30 – lots of fruit

5:00 – LOTS OF FRUIT(watermelon, grapes, apples)

8:00 – Veggie Fried rice with baby bok choy and some beef.

9:30 – A lot of honey roasted peanuts!!!  BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAD!  I threw the rest of the bag away.

AAAH, i overslept today!  i guess my second workout today will be at home with comcast on demand.

6:00 – Special K cereal

8:19 – A banana

10:00 – An egg white

10:50 – Baby carrots

12:30 – Ran 5k and walked for 10 minutes

1:00 – Salad and fruit.

5:00 – Strawberry banana smoothie

7:00 – Turkey lasagna: made with homemade tomato sauce, low-fat cream cheese, spinach, ground turkey, and fresh mozzarella.  I had two slices!(BAD!!)

8:30 – Fruit

7:45 – Did some abs.  Went on the treadmill for 45 minutes

9:20 – Mini whole wheat bagel with some lite cream cheese.  Small bowl of granola with non-fat vanilla yogurt and fresh strawberries.  Had a few pieces of cantelope too.

12:15 – Leftovers from my burrito last night.  Cantelope and tangerine for dessert.

4:00 – Blueberry Banana smoothie(blueberries, bananas, non-fat yogurt, ice, and milk)

6:30 – Grilled Beef and shrimp wrapped in lettuce.  I had one wrap with rice paper.  All this was dipped in fish sauce.

At 8:30, I will prolly have a skinny cow ice cream sandwich.  Tran will eat most of it!  hahahaha

8:00 – A banana

9:20 – Swimming – 60 laps for 40 minutes

11:00 – Granola with non-fat strawberry yogurt and fresh strawberries; watermelon to snack on

2:30 – Tri-tip, some Mongolian beef, teriyaki chicken, salad, and two bites of cake(BAD!!!)

7:00 – Veggie Burritol(whole wheat tortilla, corn, salsa, black and pinto beans, brown rice, cheese, and hot sauce).  This was pretty yummy.  I only ate half!  WOO HOO

5:00 – Worked on biceps for 25 minutes then elliptical for 30 minutes

6:45 – Banana

9:30 – An egg white

10:00 – An egg white and some baby carrots

12:30 – Salad and dried cranberries and some fruit.

2:30 – Snacked on some cranberries

5:00 – Strawberry and Banana smoothie.  Snacked on some sweet potatoes

8:30 – Snacked on some honey roasted nuts.(BAD!), then made a whole wheat pizza with mushrooms, spinach, and mozzarella cheese.

5:00 – worked on triceps for 25 minutes and stairmaster for 30 minutes.

6:50 – A banana

9:20 – An egg white and strawberry smoothie

11:00 – An egg white

11:30 – 40 minutes on the treadmill.  Ran and walked

1:30 – Salad

3:00 – Fruits

5:00 – Lots of Honey roasted nuts(BAD!!)

7:00 – 4oz of Orange Roughy with salad and sweet potatoes

9:15 – Banana, blueberry, and strawberry smoothie

12:00 – chicken teriyaki

3:00 – Fruit

4:30 – A few cinnamon graham cracker cookies from the 100 calorie pack made by trader joes

6:30 – A bit of Tran's steak, a cup of veggie soup, and sweet potatoes

7:30 – Snacked on lots of fruit, dried cranberries, and some honey roasted peanuts(BAD!!)

7:00 – Strawberry n cream oatmeal

8:30 – An egg white.

9:50 – A nectarine

12:00 – Ran and walked for 36 minutes

1:00 – An egg white

1:30 – Vegetarian Chili and fruits(grapes and watermelon)

5:00 – Fruit and lots of it.  I ate a whole bag of grapes.  I don't think this is legal for fat smash. LOL

7:00 – SUUUUUUSSSSSHHHIIII

8:00 – Ran a 5k and then walked for 20 minutes

10:00 – Granola with non-fat strawberry yogurt and fresh strawberries

1:00 – Salad with bleu cheese, strawberries, apples, kidney beans, carrots, cucumbers, and tomatoes.  Topped with honey mustard dressing.  I had corn on the side as well.  AAAH, I miss Plutos!

3:30 – Fruits

5:00 – Smoothie(strawberry and banana)

7:00 – Veggie Chili and some sweet potato fries.
