6lbs heavier— no more grease

Went for my monthly checkup yesterday, and I gained 6lbs.  My face is f*ed up.  Lots of bacteria underneath…so sad!

6:30 – decaf CM and 1 boiled egg

9:30 – 2 egg whites

10:30 – mango, cantaloupe, and some apples

11:45 – half of my footlong oven chicken breast sandwich

3:00 – the other half of my oven chicken breast sandwich(didn't eat much of the bread)

5:00 – Lucky #7 16:45

7:00 - rotisserie chicken salad.  then i had a whole lot of golden grams.
